Neil joined North Walsham High School in June 2016. Prior to becoming a teacher he had a full career as a military officer before joining Tendring Technology College in Essex. Since then he has held head teacher posts at two challenging schools in Suffolk and the North East prior to taking up the position at NWHS. He is a Specialist Leader in Education for CPD and is currently finishing his MBA in Educational Leadership (International). A keen drummer and an Arsenal season ticket holder Neil believes that given the right teaching every child can be successful regardless of their starting point.

Farrah joined North Walsham High School in November 2016. Farrah has spent the last ten years as a Specialist Leader of Science within two different high schools and as a CPD lead for the North East Science Learning Network. She has held leadership posts in challenging schools in the North East. Farrah relocated to Norwich in June 2017 to continue her journey as Deputy Headteacher with a principled, outward- facing purpose focused solely on the learning of the students at NWHS.

Angela has spent the last ten years as a SENDCo within three different high Schools and an Assistant Head for five years in two of those schools. She has been deployed as a Specialist Leader in Education for SEND for the Academies Enterprise Trust and the London Leadership Strategy supporting the national School to School SEND Review. She is currently the Assistant Head at North Walsham for Vulnerable Groups with overall responsibility for SEND.

Laura joined North Walsham High School in June 2019. Laura has spent the last five years as a Head of Faculty at a large high school and 6th form in Norwich leading the departments of art, graphic design, engineering, computer science, music, drama, PE and dance, as well as Curriculum Coordinator for art across the Inspiration Trust for the last 2 years. She grew up locally, buying her first house in North Walsham, and couldn't wait for the day she could work with the children of her own community. Laura has high expectations that all children have the ability to succeed, no matter what starting point they have. She will be primarily ensuring that our Pupil Premium students have access to the best teaching and learning, as well as running our Y6 transition programme with our primary feeder schools.

Mrs Jackson has spent the last 25 years working in School Business Management starting her career in Kent. At the age of 50 she achieved the Advanced Diploma of School Business Management (equivalent to a level 6 qualification) through the National College of School Leadership and she went on to tutor year one students in the School Business Management programme. Prior to joining North Walsham High School in December 2017, she worked as a Regional Finance Manager for the Academies Enterprise Trust overseeing the finances of 28 schools. Mrs Jackson enjoys reading, walking, going on holiday and spending time with her family and friends.

Miss Lee has been teaching Mathematics and Physical Education for the past 20 years. She began her career in London, spending time in two different private schools concentrating on subject knowledge and delivery. After 10 years in the private sector, Miss Lee moved to Hertswood School in Borehamwood. Here, she taught footballers from Watford and Arsenal football club alongside her normal teaching duties. Miss Lee gained experience as Head of Department and Assistant Head of Sixth Form before making the decision to move closer to her family in Norfolk.
Arriving in Norfolk, Miss Lee took up a position, for one term, as a primary school teacher and then joined Notre Dame High School and from here to North Walsham High School.
Miss Lee enjoys walking her two dogs and reading as well as catching up with family and friends.
