USB Stick – Manufactured Timber: Plywood, veneers and lamination. RA Scroll saw. Material removal and calculating waste - link to maths for areas of shapes.
Half term 2 (7.5 weeks)  USB Stick – CAD/CAM Acrylic: 2D Design, templates, tessellation and nesting. Quality control and the importance of testing.
